Brent Borden
CEO, Precision Aerospace & Defense Group, Inc.
Mr. Borden is a seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning defense, aerospace, and technology. He most recently served at the Kansas City National Security Campus as Strategic Programs Development Leader and managed the National Asset Sustainment Portfolio, where he led critical initiatives supporting nuclear deterrence and national defense. Previously, Mr. Borden acquired Aero Engineering, Inc. and led the company as President, transforming it into a successful aerospace and defense manufacturer. His broad experience spans key roles at RITLA Capital, Merrill Lynch, and Powerwave Technologies. A former U.S. Army Infantry Officer, Mr. Borden earned the coveted Ranger Tab and Master Parachutist Wings and served as a commander in the 82nd Airborne Division. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a dual M.A. degree in Business and Management from Webster University, St. Louis.
Kevin Vermeulen
Chief Financial Officer, Precision Aerospace & Defense Group, Inc.
Mr. Vermeulen is a versatile corporate finance professional with a proven track record of executing complex transactions and partnering with management teams to accelerate strategic growth. He has advised clients across a broad range of corporate finance matters, including public offerings, M&A, private placements of debt and equity, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Vermeulen has worked closely with management teams to shape strategy, execute growth initiatives, and develop the financial narratives presented to public market investors. Mr. Vermeulen’s career includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and TAP Financial Partners, where he advanced to Partner.
